Meet Your Business Guides

Let's get to work.

We believe that a healthy business starts with a clear understanding of the motivations, values, and purposes for the endeavor. Our team of business guides are development specialists who know the ins and outs of navigating the challenges of building companies, brands, teams, and loyal customers from our experience working with hundreds of businesses and healthcare practices.

We also believe that the only way to guide people effectively in creating a healthy business is to have one ourselves. We are relentlessly passionate about making our own business relevant, meaningful, and purposeful. As a result, our business guidance comes from a deep and genuine understanding of how to address business issues.

We look forward to getting to know you better.

Your Business Guides

Andrew BE and Christina Fitzrandolph each have significant experience working with growth companies and experience in how to help firms thrive in a complex market. Combining their individual specialties and talents, they have created a rich service offering which includes strategic planning, business modeling, design, client value propositions, finance, technology, marketing, and brand development.

Andrew BE, M.B.A.

Andrew BEAndrew BE earned his MBA at age twenty, but his remarkable business acumen comes from more than his academic education. Andrew has an analytical mind, keen observational awareness, and an ability to segment complex functions into tangible linear processes.

Andrew has always had the drive to be exceptional at whatever he pursues. Not out of ego or pride, but for the sheer desire to be always learning and honing his skills, in continual pursuit of growth. This is reflected in both his personal interests and his professional experience. His lengthy list of personal achievements includes the lifelong study of traditional martial arts (he currently holds a 3rd degree black belt), his ratings and rankings as a competitive target shooter (Distinguished Expert, ranked 6th in the nation), and his pursuits as a sailboat racer and pilot; two highly technical activities which can never be fully mastered, only continually improved upon.

Professionally, Andrew is a born entrepreneur. In fact, he’s been self-employed his entire adult life. He started his first company—a wilderness school for children—at age eighteen. While pursuing his MBA, he saw the early convergence of business and web-based technology, and created an Internet business consulting and development firm during his final year of business school. This positioned him on the leading edge of helping companies integrate these new methods of operating into their business models.

Andrew has nearly two decades of consulting experience encompassing everything from business modeling and target customer analysis, to office design and customer service training. He has worked across a wide spectrum of industries—including healthcare, outdoor recreation, aerospace, retail, and manufacturing—and an equally broad range of organization sizes—from startups and solo practitioners to Fortune 500 companies.

Regardless of the industry or size of a company, Andrew has an almost savant-like talent for seeing, connecting, and aligning seemingly unrelated elements of an organization in a way that makes for an exceptional brand and remarkable customer experience. No doubt some of this talent comes from twenty years of formal training in human psychodynamics, which enables him to help unite a business’s mission and vision with the needs of a target market in a unique and powerful way.

A healthy lifestyle and purposeful existence have always been top priorities for Andrew. In his eyes, there is only a subtle distinction between work and life: Work should be a reflection of personal values, priorities, and purpose, while serving to enhance life, rather than indenturing the ownership to its operation. This alignment of beliefs led to the merger of Motus and BEing There in 2017, where he continues to help clients not only create thriving organizations but also create healthy lives.

Christina Fitzrandolph, M.B.A.

Christina Fitzrandolph

With more than 20 years of traditional business experience in organizational management, financial analysis, and strategic marketing, Christina will work with you to explore all aspects of your business. She will guide you in making the tangible, meaningful, and lasting improvements that make business leadership purposeful and successful.

Christina studied economics at Georgetown University and has an MBA in finance and marketing from Cornell University. She started her career in hospitality management, but her interest in mountain biking drew her to the Grand Valley. She has consulted with hundreds of growth companies across the United States and served as Executive Director of the Business Incubator Center here in Grand Junction. Christina has worked as a business guide focused on consulting with regional independent healthcare practices for the past ten years.

In 2011, Christina and her business partner, Andrew BE, formed a private consulting practice, Motus. This platform allowed them to work at a depth and consistency that feels more meaningful than a typical consulting engagement. The evolution of Christina’s career is grounded in a desire to grow and learn as a person and use her business acumen in a purposeful way. These values are reflected in the merger of Motus and BEing There in 2017, where she continues to guide clients to create healthy, thriving organizations.

what our clients say

"It was the Summer of 2007 and Andrew BE helped facilitate a brainstorming session. There is no doubt that plenty of Red Bull helped, but Andrew played a powerful role in helping the team ‘step back’ and choose our strategic direction rather than continually reacting to what was urgent (instead of what was important). We were so busy back then, it was a ‘ready, fire, aim’ mentality. We were much more grounded after that session. Brilliant guy; huge heart; I wholeheartedly recommend him!"
