Meet Your Small Business Consultants

Meet Your Business Guides

Businesses grow through decisions.

And behind every decision is a business owner trying to balance opportunity, risk, responsibility, and purpose.

For more than two decades, we’ve helped business owners navigate those decisions with greater clarity, confidence, and skill.

We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all systems.

We believe in helping people build businesses that work for their customers, their teams, and their lives.

Why We Do This Work

Most consultants focus on businesses.

We focus on business owners.

Not because the numbers, systems, and strategies aren’t important—they are. But healthy businesses are ultimately created by people making thoughtful decisions over time.

That’s why our work is built around ongoing partnership.

We help clients navigate the challenges of leadership, staffing, finances, operations, growth, and organizational culture while developing the skills and awareness needed to lead effectively long-term.

Our goal is simple:
To help good people build healthy businesses.

Two Perspectives. One Shared Mission.

Motus combines the complementary strengths of two experienced business guides.

Andrew and Christina bring different backgrounds, different ways of thinking, and different areas of expertise. Together, they provide clients with both strategic insight and practical guidance across a wide range of business challenges.

This combination allows us to see problems from multiple angles, ask better questions, and help clients find solutions that truly fit their business.
